Elizabeth Rubino

M.A., RDT, LPC, LMHC

Psychotherapist, Drama Therapist, Life Coach

My deep belief is that healing takes place in relationships, both with the self and others. As your therapist, it is my hope that the journey we embark on together through your individual story, will offer you a solid foundation for healing, growth, and positive change.

I am an integrated therapist with a wide array of theoretical orientations including relational therapy, person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), drama therapy, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy, among others. My practice is vast in both populations and clinical focus.

Therapy is often like finding shoes – sometimes the first pair feels just right while others need time to be broken in. I find it important to remain flexible to the individual needs of my clients and to meet you where you are. Through our therapeutic relationship and with you, the expert of your own life at the helm, we will access your many strengths to navigate each given moment.

I bring an authentic, humorous, empathetic warmth while also challenging you to show up fully and bring your most present self. My intention is for you to feel fully seen, heard and understood within our therapeutic relationship, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you as you set sail on your best life.

“Someone I loved once gave me a box of darkness. It took years to realize that this, too, was a gift.”

– Mary Oliver
